This equipment is designed for packaging plastic bottles such as HDPE and PET containers. Empty bottles are conveyed onto the bagging machine's infeed conveyor belt, which transports them to the bagging section. There, the bottles undergo bottle detection, counting, and staggered arrangement through the machine's integrated systems, completing the bottle alignment process.
This eliminates bacterial contamination from manual handling during bagging, achieving true unmanned automation. It significantly reduces labor costs for enterprises while enhancing operational efficiency.
